When you start a business, blog, or book, there are plenty of people out there willing to give you advice. What you should do. What you should say. And how you should say it. I’m here to tell you: don’t listen.
When I decided I wanted to reach out and educate the busy moms and working women about eco-health, I wasn’t quite sure how to do that. In my particular case, ignorance was power. Since I didn’t know if there was a “right” or “wrong” way to approach things, I did what I wanted and made my own rules. One of my everyday questions was, “Why not?”
Staying true to your brand and doing what you want or what you feel is best for you, your message, or business (despite what convention dictates) is what makes you different from the mainstream crowd. In this presentation, I’ll share my rogue moments and encourage your audience members to think outside the box and challenge the status quo. The world doesn’t need another baker or doctor or car mechanic or teacher. What the world needs is YOU; your thoughts, ideas, and creativity. Staying true to your brand or vision isn’t always easy. But it’s always the right choice.
